Chief Product Officer

Nicole is a product leader who turns complex health data into simple, trustworthy solutions for members and clinicians, and partners with payers and employers to prove value with evidence. She has worked in multiple disciplines, including consulting and practice leadership, methodologies and predictive analytics, and product management.

Over the past decade, Nicole has led cross‑functional teams to build resilient platforms for employers, payers and clinicians with measurable outcomes. She has operated programs across health data products and clinical workflows to support value‑based commercial strategies. She applies responsible AI patterns to improve health data literacy, security, and speed without compromising trust.

Nicole received a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan and a MHSA from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She has been a member of Zonta International for over 10 years, including serving on the Board and in the role of Treasurer of a local club.
